These two-panel recessed beadboard shutters are perfect to fit over openings where the look of closed shutters is desired. These shutters are permanent fixtures and work wonderfully for garages, detached workshops, and similar spaces. Notice these particular shutters also feature radial tops.

This homeowner decided on a beadboard design, but didn't want the typical battens included, so we created shutters with spade-style strap hinges instead. Also note that the hardware was treated to match the look of the exterior and natural wood finish as well.

These beadboard shutters could also be categorized as custom combination shutters. The natural wood grain complements the exterior of the house well. Additionally, the battens for these beadboard shutters are located on the edges, with a very barn-door-esque bottom panel. Also includes our New York-style hinges and "S"-shaped shutter dogs

These beadboard shutters also feature two battens (the horizontal pieces) as well as the use of shutterdogs to secure the shutters to the exterior.
